Delivery

  • Delivery Cost - the delivery cost charged depends on the size and weight of the items ordered. The total delivery cost is shown within the shopping cart. We however reserve the right to amend delivery charges under special circumstances, such as dispatches other than mainland UK. We will however notify you in advance for your agreement before proceeding.
  • Delivery Instructions - if you add any delivery instructions during the checkout process, please leave a signed copy of these instructions on your door. Otherwise the driver will not be able to leave parcels as instructed.
  • Left Parcels - we cannot provide proof of delivery for any parcels left as instructed, but we can provide proof of shipping. You are responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a parcel being left in a location at your request.
  • As our goods are personalised please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for deliveries that are delayed
  • Should an item be out of stock or delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the delivery driver/postman will leave a card with details of the local depot. Please note that if the parcel cannot be delivered after several days and has to be returned, we reserve the right to charge you a second delivery charge for re-delivery, should you still wish to receive the product.

Returns Policy

  • Transport Damage - please check the condition of your package before signing for the receipt of the goods. If you see damage on the outer packaging, this must be noted on your copy of the delivery note and on the copy for the carrier. You can refuse damaged parcels without signing for these. If you find the transport damage after the carrier has left, please inform us instantly. If the claim is made on the same day as the delivery, we will still accept liability. Failure to note damage might affect replacement or refund from us for items damaged in transit.
  • Faulty/Damaged Items - Please contact us and will arrange for a replacement item and the return of the faulty/damaged items at no cost to yourself.
  • Unwanted Items - we regret we cannot accept the return of personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged. Non personalised items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact us for a returns number and then return the item in its original packaging. Please note that for a refund the item must reach us in a unused and re-sellable condition and you are liable for the cost of returning the item to us.
